About me :

Hamid Noorbakhsh

Being a PhD student of Food Biotechnology at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Iran, I have a B.S. in Food Science and Technology and a M.S. in Food Biotechnology at Isfahan University of Technology, Iran. I am interested in expanding on my researches in the field of Cross Protection in Probiotics, Functional Foods and Food Omics. Among my work and research experiences, a five-year work as a technical manager in Isfahan Pegah ISIRI Accredited Lab, an acclaimed patent, namely "Increasing Viability of Native Probiotic L. plantarum Using Sub-lethal Stresses", which was selected as the superior invention in the Iranian National Inventions Conference, wining its award, and teaching undergraduate students several courses including Food Plant Designing, Sugar Processing Technology, as well as Fundamental of Human Nutrition in Nour Danesh Institute of Higher Education are the most remarkable ones.
